Chicken Sausage Patties

PALEO, KETO, GLUTEN FREE


1 Pound Ground Chicken (Substitute for Ground Turkey if desired)

1 Teas Salt (Redmond REAL SALT is best)

1 Teas Ground Black Pepper

1 Teas Garlic powder

1 Teas Herbes de Provence

1 Drop dōTERRA Fennel Essential Oil (optional)

1 TBSP Butter, Coconut Oil, or Avocado Oil


In a small bowl mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbes de Provence.

If using dōTERRA Fennel Essential Oil, drop one drop into seasoning and mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle seasoning onto ground chicken and mix throughout.

Patty out chicken into desired serving size.


Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Place each patty in pan and cook thoroughly on both sides.

This is an easy, delicious, and super healthy recipe! I used 1 tsp fennel seeds crushed with a mortar and pestle instead of the fennel essential oil—worked well!
