Kale Chips

KETO, PALEO, GLUTEN FREE, VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY


1 Head of Kale (any kind will work)

1 TBSP Avocado Oil

1 TSP Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice or 5 Drops dōTERRA Essential Oil

Salt & Pepper to Taste


Preheat oven to 400° F

Wash and cut kale into medium sized pieces and allow to dry completely.

In a large bowl mix avocado oil & lemon juice or oil.

Add clean, dry kale to oil and toss with hands being sure to coat each piece with oil.

Place on large baking sheet, making sure to spread evenly.

Salt & Pepper to your liking.

Bake for roughly 20 min or until crispy.
