KETO, GLUTEN FREE
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil or Grass Fed Butter or Coconut Oil
1 Pound of Grass Fed Beef
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 1/2 Cups Crushed Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Head of Cabbage, chopped
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1 Tbsp Sour Cream (optional)
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
In a large skillet or wok heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add beef and cook til browned breaking up into medium sized chunks.
Add garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Mix in the cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and stir in sour cream then grated mozzarella.
Garnish with fresh basil.
