GLUTEN FREE, PAELO & KETO Friendly
2 Tbsp of Grass Fed Butter, Avocado Oil, or Coconut Oil
1/2 Small Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Pound Grass Fed Beef (sub for any other ground meat including meat substitutes)
1/2 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Rosemary
1 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Oregano
1/2 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Basil
1/2 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Marjoram
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes (fresh or canned will work)
2 Large Zucchini, Spiraled
In a skillet or wok heat oil over medium heat.
Add onion, and garlic. Sauté til garlic is fragrant.
Add beef, stirring continuously to break apart. Cook for 8-10 minutes or til beef is well browned.
Add rosemary, oregano, basil, marjoram, salt, pepper, and tomatoes. Stir and reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add zucchini spirals and cook til tender.
